Position Summary: The Veterinary Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in veterinary practice management, exceptional leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding animal care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management to ensure the practice’s financial health.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Client Relations: Maintain a high standard of client service and satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Compliance: Ensure the practice adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements, including health and safety standards.

Marketing and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, veterinary technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary practice management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for animal welfare and dedication to client service.
